Green Chef notified us of its pending delivery by e-mail, a very nice feature of their service. The box arrived via UPS ground, taking three days to arrive. Well when the chef's choice is an inedible, horribly soft, fishy sole several different times I have to say, "no thank you Green Chef, time to move on." It was easy to cancel and they always gave me a credit when the meal was terrible or ingredients where missing. So kudos to Green Chef for their fantastic customer service!
